The ambitious project will renew the institution with innovative approaches to both the exterior brand and the interior functionality. The strategic goals of this project include: Strengthen the system’s posi­tion as a world-class healthcare provider; relocate high-acuity services to a contemporary infrastructure to support current and future care deliv­ery models and evolving technology; replace old, operationally inefficient patient rooms and ORs with standardized, flexible assets; and enhance facilities to improve patient experience and recruit and retain top care­giver talent.
