Through a series of eventful, interactive workshops, NBBJ gathered ideas and feedback from more than 20 different service lines and won support for a standardized Universal Clinic module to be deployed throughout the Ellison ACC.
Although the architecture is standardized, the module is designed to be highly flexible and adaptable: through a variety of furniture and millwork solutions, each service line can achieve a high-level of effeciency. The program uses NBBJ’s new healthcare programming template, with a narrative overlay highlighting key metrics for patient and staff satisfaction. Throughout the project, we built enthusiasm and transparency with our dedicated project website. Each presentation, meeting note, workshop sketch, and photo are documented for ease of access now, and throughout the design process.
